You see, building muscle isn’t about randomness or what’s trending. It isn’t even just about including weights in your workouts.
99% of the influencer workouts on your feed aren’t designed with the principles of exercise science in mind; they’re designed with views in mind.
They’re flashy, sexy, and make big & bold promises to lure you in (hello “snatch your waist with this 10 minute core workout”! Or “this is the workout that DOUBLED my glute growth”….. it’s not, by the way).
That’s not what this challenge is about. This challenge will show you how to get real, LASTING results. Like, for good this time.
Building the body you want is about doing the right exercises with the proper technique and appropriate intensity, sets, reps, tempo and rest times. This is literally what I went to school for.
It’s about doing LESS, so that you can actually stick to it long enough to see results.
It’s about making the most out of the time you do spend exercising by doing it RIGHT.
But the most important thing? Consistency. Cause if you can’t stick to it, it’ll never work.

In order to complete the challenge, you must complete 3 workouts over the 7 days. Yes, it’s going to be tough - but that’s why it’s a challenge. Confidence is built by following through on the promises you make to yourself and this is your opportunity to do just that. Plus, the workouts are only 30 minutes and all you need is a set or two of dumbbells!

On Monday January 20th, 2025 you’ll receive your workouts directly in the app. You can do the workouts at home with dumbbells (I recommend 1 heavier and 1 lighter set) or at a gym.
