AND THIS IS MY STORY.

For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my relationship with my body and food. I grew up as a chubbier kid and while puberty eventually melted off the weight, that chubby kid lived inside me for years. I struggled with body dysmorphia and tried every weight loss tactic under the sun.

I spent countless hours on Youtube researching how to lose belly fat, I did a ton of super intense cardio/core workout programs that I absolutely hated, I tried the fad diets (“clean eating”, paleo, cleansing/detoxing, low carb/low fat), I’ve been obsessed with calorie tracking and I’ve lived through cycles of strict low calorie meal plans followed by late night binging. Eventually, I realized that this type of “all or nothing”, cardio bunny, hyper-restrictive approach was not only miserable and unsustainable, it was also extremely counterproductive to my goals: which ultimately was to build lean muscle tissue and shed stubborn fat. There’s a MUCH better way (and it’s empowering as fuck).

And you know what? I wouldn’t change a thing about my journey. Everything I’ve been through has given me the tools that I need to help my clients avoid going through what I went through and successfully navigate the confusing world of health & fitness. My goal as a coach is to put women on the fast track to results that last (like, for good) in a way that’s actually achievable for their current lifestyle and doesn’t fuck up their relationship with food.
